The Firm assists clients in the preparation and prosecution of patents before the USPTO, due diligence opinions, freedom-to-operate opinions, non-infringement opinions, and post-grant services including Reexamination requests, public use proceedings and Interferences.  The Firm also serves clients in the preparation and negotiation of licenses. 

 

 

The Firm provides counseling and procurement services for trademarks and copyrights including prosecution, trademark clearance opinions, due diligence opinions, and licensing. In addition, the firm provides support in opposition hearings before the Trademark Trial and Appeals Board (TTAB) of the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
